THE 9 ENNEAGRAM TYPES

The Enneagram consists of 9 different styles of thinking, behaving and feeling. Everyone has a type which they are born with and does not change throughout their life.

There are styles (subtypes) even within type and certainly there are life factors that effect the way each type presents itself. Your type, your subtype and life experiences all combine to make up your own unique personality type.

Once learning the basics of your core type, the path towards greater self understanding and compassion becomes clearer. Soon you'll begin to predict patterns within your way of thinking, feeling and doing. You'll begin to foresee your habits and ultimately live the life you wish to live, being the owner and governor of your life, no longer a victim to circumstance and taking ownership of who you are, perhaps for the first time in your entire life.

"A man cannot be comfortable, without his own approval." - Mark Twain
